The Department of Human Resources is responsible for staffing: recruitment, retention and talent management. This department responsible for faculty and staff performance appraisals and credentialing. The Director of Human Resources works in collaboration with the Director of Finance and the Payroll and Benefits Specialist on matters of compensation, benefits and time and attendance. This office works in collaboration with the Director of Teaching, Learning and Accountability to conduct professional learning opportunities for our school faculty and staff.
