Bronwyn Mosley

Get to know Mrs. Mosley, our Biology Teacher

Hello and welcome. My name is Bronwyn Mosley. This is my 2nd year as a teacher in the Charles City County Public School District.   Last year I taught Biology, Ecology and Life Science here in Charles City. This year I teach all of the Biology and Life Science students here at the new high school. I am a resident and native of southern Chesterfield County which allows me to relate to the small home town rural feel of Charles City. I believe all children can and will learn if they are given the proper tools and access to a facilitator of knowledge who is passionate and knowledgeable. I love all things science related and I am eager to help children make connections between science, society and technology.

My educational background includes Forensic Science, Chemistry, and Anthropology. I attended the University of Virginia at 17, where I studied Anthropology. I completed my education at Virginia Commonwealth University where I received a B.S. in Forensics and minors in Anthropology and Chemistry in 2007.

I am married to my wonderful husband Corey of 6 years. I am also the mother of a 16 year old daughter and a three year old son. My daughter is a clarinet playing, section leading, peer advising, honor student, who wants to be a Biology major and a veterinarian. My son loves Ninja turtles, racecars, fruit snacks, and happy meals. I love spending my free time with my family, cooking, singing, decorating, and crafting.

You may want to join Remind 101, a free one-way communication service to communicate with me about your child’s progress. Feel free to contact me if you have questions or need assistance,
