Get to know Ms. Braxton, our French Teacher

Hello and welcome to my web page. My name is Kimberly D. Braxton. This is my 15th year as a teacher and my 1st in the Charles City County Public School District and I have counted every year as a blessing. I have experience in teaching with several school systems. They are Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Richmond City, Chesterfield County, and Newport News. I treasure all the opportunities and experiences I have gained throughout the years with my students and their families. Teaching French fall in line with the 21st Century Skill – Communication which is needed by our students to compete in the ever-changing world of technology.

For those who want to know a little bit more about me here goes. I grew up in Baltimore City.    I received my bachelor’s degree in French Education from Virginia Union University and later earned my Master’s Degree in Leadership in Teaching from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland. I am the proud mom of a 20 year old son. I am also an avid Chicago Cubs fan and enjoy spending my spare time finding new crafts to complete.
